Sveta Kletina's artworks represent an escape from the constraints of practicality and certainty in footwear. They provide a breath of fresh air, with limitless opportunities for creative expression. In this context, footwear transforms from a wearable item to a one-of-a-kind work of art with a spiritual message.
The artist believes that footwear not only reflects our physical needs but also our culture, thoughts, behavior, emotions, and attitudes. It's no coincidence that shoes appear as a magical tool for transformation and change in many myths and fairy tales. 

Sveta Kletina combined footwear and sculptures to express the complex relationships between people and their emotional states. She created works that symbolize various aspects of human life, such as the desire for companionship and the search for one's soulmate. People, she believes, are driven to find their perfect match to form a complementary pair, just as there is no purpose in creating a single half of a pair of shoes. Her sculptures depict soulmates as two individuals who fit together perfectly, similar to a pair of shoes. In contrast, some of her works depict the heartbreak and pain of being with the wrong person.

Kletina's sculptures combine different materials, including leather, wood, canvas, and metal, to create a unique texture and depth. She carefully chooses each material, design, and embellishment to convey a particular emotion or concept. Each sculpture tells a unique story about the journey that each individual takes in life, exploring the emotional depth of human experiences.

Sveta Kletina's art represents a departure from the mundane and a return to the sublime. It enables us to see the world in a new light, one unconstrained by practicality or function.
