My work is an escape from the constraints of purely practical footwear. I see my craft as a limitless opportunity for creative expression, transforming a shoe from a wearable item into a one-of-a-kind work of art with a spiritual message.

I believe footwear reflects more than our physical needs; it mirrors our culture, thoughts, emotions, and attitudes. It's no coincidence that in myths and fairy tales, shoes so often appear as magical tools for transformation. I strive to capture a piece of that magic in every pair I create.

This art piece is about weighing the comfort of familiarity against the promise of self-discovery and potential new beginnings.

I combine footwear and sculpture to explore the complex relationships people have with their emotional states. My work is built around a central metaphor: the pair of shoes as a symbol for a soulmate.

I believe people are driven to find their perfect match to form a complementary pair, just as there is no purpose in creating a single shoe. My sculptures often depict this ideal—two individuals who fit together perfectly. In contrast, other works explore the heartbreak and pain of being with the wrong person, like a mismatched pair.

My process is one of layering and discovery, combining materials like leather, wood, and metal to build a world of texture and depth. Every choice I make is intentional, designed to tell a story about the human journey.

I create art to break free from the mundane and reconnect with the sublime. It is an invitation to see differently—to recognize the profound meaning hidden in everyday objects. Ultimately, my work is meant to be both beautiful and thought-provoking, asking you to look inward and reflect on your own life and heart.
