Return & Refund Policy

Bespoke Shoes (Made-to-Measure)

Each pair of shoes is made specifically for you, based on the measurements you provide. The process includes creating a prototype first, which you receive to test fit and comfort before the final pair is made.

• Order & Payment: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of ordering. This covers the customization of the shoe last and creation of your personal prototype.
• Refunds: The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once the customization process has started.
• Final Payment: After you approve the measurements, the pair is made. The remaining 50% is paid before the shoes are shipped. This second payment is also non-refundable, as the shoes are uniquely made for you.
• Returns: Returns and refunds are not accepted after the final pair is completed.

We strongly recommend following the measurement instructions carefully to ensure a perfect final fit. For any questions and concerns, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

Sculptures

• Refunds: You may request a refund only if the sculpture has not yet been shipped.
• After Shipping: Once a sculpture has been shipped, refunds and returns are not available.
